  “It can’t come soon enough. I’ll be inviting my mom, a few other relatives on the East Coast. It’s shaping up to be a big event.”

  She nodded. “And we’ll need a photographer.”

  “Got anyone in mind?”

  “Not yet. But no matter how it goes, it’ll be the best day of my life.”

  Jared stopped cutting the potatoes to give her a wide smile. “I agree. Rachel, I love you. And admire you.”

  “Likewise.”

  She glanced at her ring, a consistent reminder of all that her life had become. And she was beyond overwhelmed by the blessings the Lord had given them, and to share her life with the man she loved on the ranch that had become their own.
